Description The DVS 604 DVR Card is a mid level Professional 60 frame per second maximum capture rate DVR Card with 4 ports.  This gives you 15 FPS per channel when using 4 cameras.  To the naked eye 15 frames per second is almost equal to full TV motion.  As with all the DVS products, being user friendly and delivering high quality video is a trademark of this product.  With resolutions up to 640 x 480 you receive the best quality MPG4 image possible.  This DVR card integrate a color quad processor, motion sensors, multiplexer, pan & tilt, CCTV monitor, and time lapse recorder without the need for all these separate components. The 604 has all the same features as the high end capture boards in its family.  These are the most stable DVR cards you will ever come by on a Windows OS platform.
